$50 Rental Fee + $50 Security Deposit
Non-Residents
$75 Rental Fee + $75 Security Deposit
The security deposit and rental fee must be paid on or before the date the rental contract is signed.

Dates marked RESERVED are unavailable. An open date on the calendar does not guarantee a reservation until it has been confirmed by the Town.
Hall Rental Rules & Requirements
Please review the following requirements before reserving the Town Hall:
- Rental Fees & Security Deposit: The cost to rent the hall is $50 for Town of Pershing residents and $75 for non-residents. A security deposit of $50 for residents or $75 for non-residents, plus the applicable rental fee, must be paid on or before the date the contract is signed.
- Cancellations: A reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event date shall result in forfeiture of the rental fee. If the hall can be rerented for the date in question, the deposit amount will be refunded. The Town Board also reserves the right to return the deposit at its discretion.
- Damages: The person(s) renting the hall shall be responsible for the cost of any and all damages caused during the renter’s use of the hall.
- Liability: The renter agrees to hold harmless the Town of Pershing for any and all liability arising from any injury while using the Town Hall.
- Walls & Ceilings: Nails, staples and tape may not be used on walls or ceilings.
- Tables: Tape may be used on the tables but must be completely removed by the renter.
- Personal Items: All items brought into the hall must be removed by the renters by 11:00 a.m. the following day.
- Garbage & Recycling: All recyclables and garbage must be placed in their respective cans.
- Cleaning: The hall must be cleaned by 11:00 a.m. the following day. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the renter if cleaning of the hall is required.
- Thermostats & Utilities: For rentals occurring September 1 through May 31, the renter must return the thermostat to 55 degrees by 11:00 a.m. the following day. For rentals occurring June 1 through August 31, the renter must turn off the thermostat. The renter agrees not to adjust the floor thermostat in any way. Failure to set the regular and floor thermostats as directed will result in a $150 utility fee.
- Keys: The renter will coordinate key pickup and drop-off with a member of the Town of Pershing Board.
- Securing the Hall: The renter agrees to lock all doors and deadbolts after the event and any time the hall is unoccupied.
