Garbage and recycling services are provided to Town of Pershing residents at no charge. The Town contracts with GFL Environmental for this service.

What Can’t I Recycle?
The following items are not accepted for recycling:
- Styrofoam
- Window glass and mirrors
- Electronic waste (TVs and computers)
- Motor oil containers
- Yard waste
- Chemical containers
- Shredded paper
- Plastic bags
- Ceramics or dishes
- Food waste
- Scrap metal
- Monitors
