Quote Deadline

Quotes are due Monday, October 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

The Town of Pershing, Taylor County, Wisconsin is requesting quotes for construction of an open-sided 20′ × 30′ powder-coated structural-steel pavilion with a metal roof.

Project Scope

• Powder-coated structural-steel frame
• Metal roofing, trim and required roof accessories
• Concrete slab and frost-depth foundations
• Structural connections, anchors and erection hardware
• Labor, equipment, delivery and installation
• Permits, engineering/shop drawings as applicable, and final cleanup

Plans & Specifications

Contractors should review the preliminary pavilion plan set before preparing a quote. Final structural design, member sizes, connections, anchors, slab and foundations must be approved as required before fabrication and construction.

Quote Requirements

• Total project cost
• Proposed construction start date and estimated completion timeline
• Description of proposed materials and construction methods
• Any assumptions, exclusions or alternates
• Warranty information
• Evidence the contractor is authorized to conduct business in Wisconsin
• A permanent place of business
• Certification that the contractor has not been debarred or suspended from public contracting
• Appropriate liability and workers’ compensation insurance
